In spring and autumn, Jordan is pleasantly warm during the day, but at night it can be very cold in the desert and in Petra. There are three climate zones in Jordan. Please note that Jordan is a Muslim shaped country - too much bare skin is not appropriate. Men should also wear long pants if possible. For the trekking tours appropriate clothing is suitable. A sleeping bag is recommended. Changing money is no problem, you can pay almost everywhere with US-Dollars or Euros and there are numerous cash machines.
